Keylon Jermond Neal was born in Atlanta, Georgia. When he was in elementary school he was badly bullied by his peers’ .Ever since then Keylon has always wanted to prevent bullying. After watching television and seeing stories on the news about children committing suicide after being bullied for long periods of time, Keylon wanted to do something about it. He vowed to do everything in his power to prevent bullying in schools as well as communities. On August 27, 2011, after losing his best friend to bullying, he came up with the idea to start a movement against bullying. On Tuesday November 1, 2011 Keylon made his dream come true and came up with his program named "Think Twice". The name "Think Twice" means to think twice before bullying someone. Keylon’s main purpose for creating this non-profit organization is for children of all ages to help fight bullying of any kind head on.

Keylon, who is now 21 years old, is slowly moving "Think Twice" to the next level by being the best program it can. He has been working hard on getting the program where it is today and is working with other anti-bullying programs around the United States as well. Due to his hard work “Think Twice” (Anti-Bullying Program) is now an International Organization.
